WHAT IS YOUR EXCHANGE POLICY?

1 Of A Kind Designs tries to make sure that our customers are satisfied with their purchases. All exchanges and returns will be at the responsibility of the customer. Please put all measurements and stones in your return package. Because all designs are only one, you may not get the exact same stones as purchased. You will receive the same quality of design, quality of stones and same price as purchased product. we will offer an exchange or product credit if we make an error. If an error has occurred, please contact us immediately, (within 24 hours) of receipt of purchase.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We do not accept returns on jewelry that have been altered in any way. The jewelry must be in its original state. There are no exceptions. Do not try to glue or add any adhesive to the stones or on the breakage area.

WHAT IS YOUR POLICY FOR CLAIMS AND APPROVALS?

After your claim is approved by e-mail or fax, a return form will be e-mailed to you and must be returned and signed along with your purchase. If you do not return the form signed, you will not be able to receive a credit or exchange. A return claim will take up to 30 days to be approved. All refunds are issued in the form of store credit only.

WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING POLICY?

All shipping information must be accurate and correct. Once your order is confirmed, all sales are final. Once the tracking number is sent to the customer by e-mail, all shipping, monitoring and final destinations are the responsibility of the customer. All products are shipped within 3-10 business days. If a non-delivery is confirmed by the carrier, a claim will be filed and your purchase will be replaced.

WHAT ARE YOUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND POLICY OF DISCLOSURE?

When you order, please make your selection/s carefully before finalizing your purchase. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us before making your purchase. All order shipping is free on confirmed orders. If needed, instruction will be sent with customer orders on various ways to wear jewelry (wrap sets) or various uses for the bookmarkers and doorbracelets. 1 Of A Kind Designs is NOT liable for any damage to jewelry designs of any kind due to the way used in the process of putting jewelry on yourself or on your pet. Please be careful when putting on and removing jewelry. Please do not bathe in jewelry. Do not bathe your pet in their jewelry designs. By assessing our site, you agree to our Terms and Access Condition, including our full Policy Disclosure.

We do not issue refunds. If we make an error in your order, and you meet the terms and conditions listed above, you will receive an exchange or store credit equal to your purchase amount. Prices are subject to change without notice. Prices and locations may vary. 1 Of A Kind Designs and all its affiliates have the right to deny service to protect our customers against fraud, identity theft, etc. we do not give or sell our customers credit card or personal information. This site and all of its contents are displayed on an "as is" basis. Our products offer no warranty of any kind, implied or expressed.

All duplicate pictures submitted for custom orders are replicated to give an appearance of the actual photo. We can produce a duplicate of the photo, but we do not do the submission of the photo or technology used to submit photo. There is a chance that the design will not be an exact match. We are not responsible for systematic errors via mobile, PC, Mobile Offices or any communication error on the customers behalf, includes typographical errors in relation to color, lengths, textures or prices on order submissions in any way.

All jewelry designs are inspected before delivery, to insure quality of our products. We inspect to insure that there are no cracks, breaks, loose wires, cords or findings in our designs. All products are shipped with protecting wrap to guarantee this inspected condition. As a result, any physical damage to the product will be at the customers responsibility. 1 Of A Kind Designs takes great pride in doing everything we can to insure quality.
